Delivery Information
Delivery Timeframe: 5–6 working days — complimentary on all standard orders over $100 nzd.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Split Shipments
Kindly note that your order may arrive in multiple parcels.
If this occurs, each package will be shipped at no additional cost, and you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each.
Upon Delivery
Please inspect your parcel carefully upon arrival.
If the packaging shows any signs of damage, note this clearly in writing on the carrier’s delivery slip before signing, including a brief description of the issue.
Important Delivery Notes
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify your delivery address.
All orders are processed automatically, which means we are unable to alter delivery times or destinations once confirmed.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The Foxes Den does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
