Today I made some delicious snacks perfect for snacks, dinner parties or even as gifts for family and friends! These tasty and nutritious treats are perfect before a workout or any form of exercise to give a great energy boost

Ingredients- makes 4
10 dates
100g oats/quinoa flakes
100g raw pistachio kernels
3-4 TBSP water to moisten
25g Dedicated coconut
Using a food processor blend all ingredients except the dedicated coconut.
Split the mixture into 4 and roll into balls. Roll in the coconut and serve
