At The Foxes Den, we take pride in processing and preparing your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase, as all sales are considered final.

1. No Cancellations After Purchase

Once an order has been:

Placed, Paid for, or Shipped

it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

2. Final Sale Items

All items sold through The Foxes Den are considered final sale unless otherwise stated. This includes:

One-time purchases

Pre-orders

Limited edition and custom items

3. Exceptions

We do not make exceptions for:

Accidental purchases

Change of mind

Shipping delays beyond our control

Price changes or promotions after your purchase

A Note on Our Process: Thank you for choosing quality over mass production. To ensure the highest standard, most of our pieces are individually crafted to order in New Zealand and Europe.  While we do our absolute utmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow a 3–4 week delivery window for our sewing teams to complete your piece.
