Can I return items?

Of course – The product must be in its original condition, full price & within 14 days of purchase - Please refer to our Returns Policy below.


  • We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, Refunds will only be made to the payment method used when placing the order online.
  • No refunds on freight charges, for any retuned items or cancelled orders.
  • No Returns will be processed or accepted without completing a return on our online return portal prior to the item coming back to us.
  • Please note* no Refunds on any SALE items or items sold with a discount. This includes all store sales and personal discount codes. A Store Credit will be issued. 
  • For change of mind, a store credit will issued. 
  • We do not accept returns or refunds on any custom made items, including bedlinen, curtains or any products made to order. This also includes products we get in be request, that are not stock items. However we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If something isn't quite right or what you expected we are happy to take a look and make any sewing adjustments needed. Please contact
  • Due to health & safety reasons the bedding or Clothing items are not available for return once used, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused & unlaundered. (This includes clothing and bedding used in photos)  
  • Any Items returned must be in their original condition and in a sellable condition. Any returned items that are soiled or have been worn will not be refunded 

  • Please ensure the item is returned with correct return paperwork. The Foxes Den is not obligated to refund any products returned without the correct return form filled.
  • A refund to the payment method or store credit will be issued once we have received the goods back.
  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. We highly recommend you return your parcel with tracking, as returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.





* We are located within a shared building with 3 other business therefore we take no responsibility nor are we obligated to refund or credit any items sent back without a return created by you on our online return portal.
