Can I return items?
Of course – We accept returns if the product is in the original condition, within 14 days of purchase - Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Return Policy:
If you are not 100% Satisfied with your item you can return your unused/unlaundered items for a full refund within 14 days!
If you’ve received a faulty product, Please contact The Foxes Den via email shop@thefoxesden.co.nz The Foxes Den accepts responsibility for all damages and faulty products, within 30 days of delivery.
If the product can be fixed and the fault is not serious, we will arrange for a Free return courier ticket and correct your Linen.
Otherwise The Foxes Den will send a Free return courier ticket and replace the faulty Linen
12 month Linen Guarantee
Bed Linen & accessories that are covered by a 12 month replacement warranty.
Linen Duvet Covers, All Pillowcases & Flat Sheets
Goods must have been purchased in the last 12 months.
Linen has used in a normal domestic environment, not a commercial environment
Linen was maintained and cleaned in accordance with our instructions and/or recommendations.
Linen has not been subject to abuse, improper treatment, neglect or misuse, including sun exposure, fading, non direct sunlight that occurs from reflective light.
Exclusions from the Limited Warranty include but are not limited to:
Normal wear and tear.
Any improper
Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by you.
Bed Linen & accessories that are covered by a 6 month replacement warranty.
All Fitted Bottom Sheets.
It's important to realize that a fitted bottom sheet, will never last as long as a flat sheet. Linen is an unforgiving, non-stretchy fabric. If you stress it hard enough, it will tear. With the fitted fabric being pulled taunt over long periods of time and the weight and friction of a body it wears out twice as fast as the flat sheet.
CLAIM PROCESS
In order to be able to assess the Product, we will need:
• Your name
• Your address
• Your proof of purchase documentation (for example: your receipt/invoice)
• Brief description of the fault (including photographs if that makes it easier to explain); and
• Brief description of how you have used the Product.
If possible, product should be returned in its original packaging, including cardboard inserts.

Custom size dimensions, or reach out and we'll guide you to the perfect fit, including bespoke sizing for curved, custom, or private jet and yacht beds.

Details
Select a hem style: knife edge or flange on the duvet cover and pillowcases, and hemstitch or plain hem on sheets, shams, and pillowcases.
