By placing an order with The Foxes Den, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-5 business days of payment being received. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
New Zealand orders are shipped via courier with tracking. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
International orders are shipped at rates calculated at checkout. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can find the best option for you.
All packages are carefully packed to protect your items in transit. Your order is dispatched at your own risk; however, we take every precaution to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us by email as soon as possible. As many of our pieces are crafted to order, we may not be able to cancel once production has begun.
Returns & exchanges
We stand behind the quality of everything we carry. If your order is not what you expected — wrong colour, size, or simply not right for your space — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange an exchange or store credit.
For hygiene reasons, bedding and clothing cannot be returned once used or laundered. All returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags intact.

Damaged or faulty goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the damage. Faulty goods may be returned with labels intact for an exchange or full refund, please refer to our damaged product policy - https://www.thefoxesden.co.nz/pages/change-of-mind-returns
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and all major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The charge on your statement will appear as The Foxes Den.
The Foxes Den is a trading name of Atlas Living Ltd, a registered New Zealand company.
