Yami Jar

The dark jar with is made from carbonised ash wood, which gives it the deep colour that is characteristic of this unique peice.

The light marble lid contrasts with the dark wood, adding a clean edge to the design. Its rounded edges make it practical and easy to handle in everyday use. Inspired by Japan, the Yami series pairs well with lighter-coloured stoneware when setting a personal and festive table for guests or for daily use.

Before using your product, we recommend to put on cooking oil with a dry cloth. Let the cooking oil retract in the ash wood product for approx. 30 minutes. Optionally, wipe off the excess cooking oil with a clean and dry cloth. For daily maintenance, clean by hand with warm soapy water. Do not soak in water. Do not put in the dishwasher. Dry immediately. Do not store near a direct heat source.
