Benefits of Dry Brushing your Skin.
Its the largest organ in the body, the skin plays a key role in detoxification. Dry brushing with a natural bristled brush removes the top layer of dead skin, and in doing so opens the pores for a more effective release of toxins from the body. The process of dry brushing also stimulates circulation and the lymphatic system, which rids the body of waste. For all of these reasons, it’s a great regular practice, but especially beneficial during a cleanse. Another plus: it’s a great way to exfoliate for beautiful smooth, glowing skin.
