Can I return items?

Of course – We accept returns if the product is in the original condition, within 14 days of purchase - Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Return Policy:

For change of mind we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

Due to health & safety reasons the bedding items are not available for return once used, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused & unlaundered. 

Please ensure the item is returned with all the original packaging and paperwork.

A store credit will be issued once we have received the goods back.

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges to facilitate a change of mind return. We highly recommend you return your parcel with tracking, as returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
