At The Foxes Den, we believe in quality that lasts. However, we also know that even the finest linen eventually reaches the end of its journey on your bed, whether due to natural wear, a change of style, or simply a desire for a fresh look. To keep these beautiful natural fibers out of landfills, we have proudly partnered with Textile Loop to create the Linen Exchange.
Trade in your old 100% pure linen bedding, and we’ll give you a up to $150* in vouchers to refresh your home with something new.
Whether your linen is pristine, faded, or ready for retirement, it has value here. Send us your old 100% pure linen bedding, and we will evaluate it to send you a store voucher ranging from* $5 to $150, depending on the quality and item type.
How It Works
Gather Your Goods: Collect your old 100% pure linen sheets, pillowcases, or duvet covers (any brand is welcome!).
Verify the Fiber: Ensure the care label says 100% Linen. We cannot accept blends or synthetics at this time.

Receive Your Reward: Once verified, we’ll email you a voucher to use on your next Foxes Den purchase.
What Happens to Your Old Linen?
Nothing goes to waste. Depending on the condition, your traded-in linen will be:
- Upcycled into smaller goods like bread bags or napkins.
- Donated to local textile recovery programs.
- Composted if it has reached the end of its life, returning to the earth as organic matter.
Resale Ready (Highest Value) Items in excellent, stain-free condition with plenty of life left. These will be washed and resold as "Pre-Loved"
Tier 2: Upcycle Quality (Mid Value) Linen with small imperfections or wear. These will be upcycled into smaller goods like napkins, bread bags, or runners, used in arts and crafts.
Tier 3: Textile Recovery (Base Value) Items at the end of their life (tears, heavy stains). These are composted or donated to textile recovery programs to ensure zero waste.
Terms & Conditions
Purity: Items must be 100% linen. Blends or synthetics will be donated to charity but will not receive a voucher.
Cleanliness: Please wash all items before sending.
Voucher Use: Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Limit of one exchange voucher per new order.
Assessment: Valuations are at the sole discretion of The Foxes Den & textile-loop team.
Transfer of Ownership: Upon receipt at The Foxes Den, all items immediately become the property of The Foxes Den and/or Textile Loop. Items cannot be returned to the sender under any circumstances, even if the customer is dissatisfied with the voucher value awarded.
Items received that do not meet the criteria (100% Linen) or are deemed unhygienic (unwashed/mouldy) will not be eligible for a voucher. These items will be responsibly disposed of or donated to charity at our discretion and will not be returned to the sender.
Shipping & Liability: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items to The Foxes Den. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue vouchers for items that are lost in transit and do not reach our facility.
Voucher Usage: Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one "Linen Exchange" voucher can be redeemed per transaction.
