The Addi is the kind of cushion that rewards a closer look. Handwoven by artisans in India on traditional looms, each piece is made from hand-spun wool and tussar silk — a combination that gives the surface a natural lustre and a rich, uneven texture that no machine process can replicate. The silk catches light differently across the weave, shifting between matte and sheen depending on the angle. The bold check design is graphic enough to anchor a room, tactile enough to make you want to touch it.

Tussar silk is a wild silk, harvested from silkworms that feed on forest trees rather than cultivated mulberry leaves. It has a coarser, more textured hand than conventional silk — warmer, more natural, and with a patina that deepens and softens with use. This is a cushion that improves over time rather than fading from it. Feather inner included, certified to the Responsible Down Standard.
