The Aspen valance in Black finishes the bed base with the same textural stitch detail as the Aspen quilt: 100% pure cotton, the same graphic surface, the same quiet authority. Styled together, the quilt and valance read as a complete composition. Used alone, the valance brings a finished, considered look to any bed base that would otherwise be visible.

The 33cm drop is generous enough to cover most standard bed bases cleanly. Velcro corners keep the valance secure and prevent the slippage that undermines lesser valances. A plain cotton top panel — matching the Black colourway — sits between the base and the mattress, holding everything in place without being seen.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash warm at 40°C — wash separately for the first few washes to protect the black colourway
• Tumble dry on low; remove promptly and smooth by hand
• Do not bleach; avoid fabric softeners to preserve the stitch texture
