The 33cm drop covers most standard bed bases cleanly. Velcro corners keep the valance secure through the night and through washing. A plain cotton top panel — in Oatmeal — sits between the base and the mattress, holding everything in place without being seen.

• Machine wash warm at 40°C on a gentle cycle
• Tumble dry on low; remove promptly and smooth by hand
