There is a particular confidence to a bolster cushion placed across the width of a bed — it signals that the room has been considered all the way to its edges. The Grand Linen Bolster in Baked Clay takes that confidence further. At 18 x 120cm, it is a generous, architectural presence: long enough to span a queen or king bed, substantial enough to recline against, refined enough to leave in place when the bed is made.

The Baked Clay colourway is warm and grounded — the colour of sun-dried earth, of terracotta left to cool, of an interior that has chosen warmth over trend. The hand block printed stripe runs the length of the cushion in a painterly, slightly irregular line: bold in intention, quiet in execution. It is the kind of pattern that reads as effortless from across the room and reveals its craft only up close.

Each cushion is hand block printed by artisans onto 100% pure linen — OEKO-TEX® certified, honest in its materiality. The slight variations in the print from piece to piece are not imperfections; they are the evidence of a human hand, the mark that distinguishes a craft object from a commodity. No two are identical. That is the point.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle — linen softens further with each wash
• Tumble dry low, or line dry in shade to preserve the warmth of the Baked Clay tone
• Remove while slightly damp and smooth by hand
• Do not bleach or dry clean
• Store flat or loosely folded to maintain the integrity of the feather fill
