There is something in the horizontal sweep of Central Otago that resists being contained. The plains stretch. The sky opens. The light falls at an angle that makes everything look considered, composed — as though the land itself has an eye for proportion.

The rectangular format of this cushion cover is no accident. It holds the landscape the way the landscape holds you — wide, unhurried, panoramic. Printed onto pure French organic linen, the image settles into the weave rather than sitting on top of it. The natural slubs and irregularities of the fabric become topography: small variations of texture that echo the terrain. The reverse is plain natural linen, unprinted and calm.

Designed to rest against the back of a sofa or lie across the foot of a bed, this is a cover that earns its place in a room through restraint, not decoration.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold (30°C), gentle cycle
• Wash separately for first wash to preserve print integrity
• Line dry in shade — linen softens beautifully with each wash
• Warm iron on reverse if needed; avoid ironing directly over the printed face
• Do not tumble dry or dry clean
