The Fay is defined by restraint — a single black stripe on a natural linen ground, in a heavy textured fabric that has the weight and presence of something made to last. The stripe is not decorative; it is structural, giving the cushion a graphic quality that reads clearly from across the room and holds its own against any palette. Against warm neutrals it provides contrast; against darker tones it anchors; against white and linen it becomes the defining element of the arrangement.

The heavy linen texture adds depth to the natural ground — the weave is visible, the surface is tactile, and the cushion improves with use as the linen softens and the natural colour deepens slightly. At 60 × 40cm, the Fay is the rectangular format that works on a sofa, a bed, or a reading chair. Available as a cover only, or with a plush feather inner for immediate, full comfort from the first evening.
