Woven from 400 thread count cotton sateen, the fabric has a smooth, subtly luminous surface with a cool, refined hand feel that improves with every wash. White sateen has a particular quality in a bedroom: it reads as clean without being stark, and it catches the light along its folds in a way that gives the bed a quiet depth that plain cotton cannot achieve.

The construction is where this sheet earns its place. French seams finish the internal edges cleanly — a detail that is invisible in use but speaks to the standard of the whole, preventing fraying and extending the life of the sheet through years of regular laundering. Full all-around elastication holds the sheet securely on mattresses up to 43cm deep (45cm on the AU Super King / NZ Cali King), making it suited to deep mattresses, pillow-top styles, and mattress toppers without pulling at the corners through the night.
