The linen is sourced exclusively from West European long-fibre flax — the variety that produces the finest, most durable cloth, with a natural variation in the weave that gives the surface its characteristic depth. Stonewashing opens the fibres and softens the hand feel from the first use, and the linen continues to improve with every wash, becoming more supple, more itself.
