There is a particular comfort in bedding that has been thought through rather than simply made. The Lumière Duvet Cover in Blush is that kind of object. Woven from a 59% linen, 41% cotton blend at 236 GSM — a medium weight that drapes with substance without ever feeling heavy — it brings together the best qualities of both fibres in a single cloth. The linen contributes its characteristic breathability, its natural temperature regulation, and the earthy, lived-in texture that only flax can produce. The cotton contributes immediate softness and a suppleness that softens the linen's tendency to crease. The result is a fabric that feels considered from the first night and improves with every wash.

Blush is a colour that does not insist. A soft, warm pink with the quietness of something undyed — the colour of pale skin in morning light, of petals that have just opened. In a bedroom it brings warmth without weight, femininity without sweetness, and a particular softness that makes the whole room feel more considered. The linen-cotton blend gives the Blush colourway a surface variation that shifts between rose and nude depending on the light and the drape of the cloth — never flat, always present. The cover is cut from extra-wide fabric so there is no centre seam, giving the made bed a single, uninterrupted calm. Button closure at the base.
