There is a particular comfort in bedding that has been thought through rather than simply made. The Lumière Duvet Cover in Olive is that kind of object. Woven from a 59% linen, 41% cotton blend at 236 GSM — a medium weight that drapes with substance without ever feeling heavy — it brings together the best qualities of both fibres in a single cloth. The linen contributes its characteristic breathability, its natural temperature regulation, and the earthy, lived-in texture that only flax can produce. The cotton contributes immediate softness and a suppleness that softens the linen's tendency to crease. The result is a fabric that feels considered from the first night and improves with every wash.

Olive is a colour that belongs to the landscape. A muted, grey-green with the depth of sun-dried herbs and aged stone, it carries a particular quietness that reads as grounded rather than decorative. In a bedroom it brings the outside in without drama — against white walls it settles; against timber or rattan it becomes part of the composition; against linen in oatmeal or sand it creates a palette that feels entirely resolved. The linen-cotton blend gives the Olive colourway a surface variation that shifts between sage and something closer to khaki depending on the light and the drape of the cloth. The cover is cut from extra-wide fabric so there is no centre seam, giving the made bed a single, uninterrupted calm. Button closure at the base.
