Natural linen has a particular quality — it looks like it has always been there. Warm without being yellow, textured without being rough, it is the tone that makes everything else on the bed look considered. The Majesté® Fitted Sheet in Natural is crafted from 190gsm pure European flax linen: the heaviest, most substantial linen bedding available in New Zealand or Australia, sewn and finished here in our New Zealand studio. Deep elastic corners engineered to hold through the night without lifting or bunching. The foundation the bed deserves.

The flax is grown and milled entirely in Europe — in the cool, rain-fed fields where linen has been cultivated for centuries. The fabric arrives in New Zealand, where each sheet is cut and sewn with precision by hand. Stonewashed to a relaxed, lived-in softness from the very first use, the surface is immediately cool against the skin — the particular coolness of linen that no cotton can replicate. It softens and improves with every wash, deepening in character as the fibres relax into something entirely their own.

Natural is the colour of the flax plant before any intervention — a warm, slightly variable oatmeal tone that carries the living character of the fibre in its surface. This is a fitted sheet for a bedroom that values the real over the refined.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash warm, 40°C maximum on a gentle cycle
• Use a gentle, pH-neutral detergent — avoid bleach and fabric softeners
• Tumble dry low, or line dry in the shade to preserve the weave and natural tone
• Iron slightly damp on a medium setting, or embrace the natural texture — both are correct
• The fabric softens and improves with every wash; this is linen as it was always meant to be

Each piece is individually crafted to order in our New Zealand studio. Please allow 3–4 weeks for completion. Flat sheet and pillowcases available separately.
