Olive is the warm, earthy green of sun-dappled leaves and aged wood — a colour that reads as grounding and natural, that works with linen and timber and stone without requiring anything else to justify it. In this cushion, it arrives in a hand-loomed slub weave on 100% European linen: the slub is the deliberate irregularity in the yarn that gives the surface its characteristic texture, the slight variation in thickness that catches the light differently across the face of the cushion and makes it look woven rather than printed, made rather than manufactured. Each piece is unique — the handmade nature of the loom means no two cushions are identical, and the variations are the point.
