The Hemstitch Sheet Set is woven from a 55% linen and 45% cotton blend, a ratio that captures linen's airy, tactile character while the cotton softens the hand feel and smooths the drape. It is then stonewashed so that the fabric arrives already broken in, already carrying the ease of something that has been slept in and loved. From the first night, it settles around you rather than against you.

The hemstitch detail runs along the flat sheet cuff and pillowcase hem — a row of drawn-thread work that is one of the oldest and most quietly beautiful forms of textile embellishment. In White, it reads as a shadow line in certain light and disappears in others. No ironing required — the relaxed, slightly rumpled surface of stonewashed linen-cotton is not a compromise but the point. A bed that looks considered precisely because it doesn't look arranged.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash — normal cycle, cold or warm
• Do not bleach — preserves the piece-dyed colour and hemstitch integrity
• Line dry in shade or tumble dry on low
• Touch-up iron optional — the stonewashed surface is designed to be worn without pressing
• Softens further with every wash
