Mink is a warm, dusty taupe-grey — neither brown nor grey, but the particular tone that sits between them, the colour of soft fur and faded stone, of a palette that has been edited down to what matters. In plush velvet, it carries an understated richness: the pile shifts between warm greige and cool taupe depending on the light, always soft, always grounded. The bolster silhouette brings architectural structure to a bed or sofa - a finishing element that holds the arrangement together without announcing itself.
