Opal is a soft, cool with the particular quality of a colour that cannot quite be named — blue in one light, blush in another, almost grey when the sky is overcast, In short-pile cotton velvet, that iridescence becomes tactile: the pile catches light at different angles, revealing cool and warm tones in the same cloth, always gentle, always composed. The elongated lumbar silhouette makes it the natural foundational piece for layering on a bed or adding a refined accent to a sofa. Pairs beautifully with white linen, pale stone, cool greys, and soft natural textures.
